Does your web site accurately reflect your business?

You may think because your business has a web presence the customers will flock to it in droves. Build it and they will come, right? Not true. A web site is like a child. You need to guide it in the right direction or it won't succeed.

A web site is only the first step. Intention Marketing can analyze and improve your existing site in the following areas:

• Page Flow. Is it easy for your customers to navigate through your site? Do the links take you to expected places? Would even the first time visitor be able to find what they are looking for?
• Page Design. Does the page design get in the way of the customer finding what they need? There are a lot of "bright, shiny things" available to a web designer to use in site creation. However, if the customer is distracted or delayed by "the cool factor" of your site and that leads to a sale loss, is it worth it?
• Compatibility. Not everyone drives the same car and not everyone uses the same web browser or type of computer. While it is not always necessary to make sure a web site looks exactly the same to every user, it is never a good idea to only make it accessible to one type of user. Every user should be able to buy your product, get needed information, or be able to contact you.
• Presence. It isn't enough enough anymore to hang up your Open sign and expect people to find you. While we can't guarantee that your site will appear at the top of every search engine list, there are steps we can take to direct users to you.
